This massage is more vigorous than the spa massage, and is specific to the muscles that the individual athlete uses in their particular sport. The sports massage can help athletes improve performance, recover from training and races faster, increase concentration and focus, and boost self-confidence.

Neuromuscular Therapy

In this treatment, the massage therapist uses precise techniques to alleviate pain caused by injury, repetitive motion, or postural distortion.

Maternity Massage

A gentle massage that provides relaxation for the mother-to-be. Helps to relieve stress on the weight-bearing joints, reducing neck and back pain and relieving edema. Body pillows and side-lying techniques safely cradle mom and baby.

Please note: For your health and safety we request that you only have maternity massage in the first trimester by a Certified Prenatal Massage therapist. After your first trimester you may receive your maternity massage by any of our skilled, nationally-certified massage therapists. Before your maternity massage, we need to collect some information from you. Please print out this form, fill it out, and bring it with you to your appointment.

Experience a luxurious and relaxing massage combined with deep heat therapy. Smooth, polished Basalt Lava Stones are heated and incorporated into a massage. The perfect treatment to loosen tight muscles and relieve stress.

Hydrocollator Packs

We offer moist, weighted hot packs that are applied to areas of tension. These are complimentary for massages that are one hour or longer.

Our tables are equipped with heated pads to ensure your comfort and increased relaxation.

Add a "flame" to your massage

Add $20 to any massage

This service really adds to the atmosphere and experience of your massage. First, you’ll select your favorite aroma from several candles, all made entirely from all-organic exotic essential oils and shea butter. Your therapist will light the candle of your choice, allow it to melt and then use the warmed oil in the massage, employing Swedish massage techniques. A portion of the candle will always remain and will be sent home with you to use as a massage oil or to enjoy as a fragrant candle.
