You may purchase the gifts online or in the salon; however, we no longer accept gift card requests over the phone.
Sue Kolve’s gift cards and spa club memberships are redeemable only for products and services at Sue Kolve’s Salon and Day Spa in Onalaska, Wisconsin. They may not be returned or redeemed for cash (except as required by lay). Sue Kolve’s gift cards and spa memberships may be used for the purchase of products and services other than those listed in accompanying information equal to the original purchase value or remaining balance of the card / membership. Prices for products and services may vary from original purchase date. Current pricing at the time of redemption will apply. Spa Club memberships are non-transferable. Protect the card; the bearer is responsible if it is lost or stolen. Lost or stolen cards will only be replaced with proof of purchase and only for the value shown on Sue Kolve’s Salon and Day Spa records.
